I created Oak & Olive to help women on their journey to motherhood through compassionate presence, evidence-based education, and unwavering respect. Rooted in calm guidance and steady support, The Oak & Olive way honors birth as a deeply personal experience. Whether this is your first child or your 10th, I am here to walk alongside you, offering reassurance, advocacy and care every step of the way.

I help make sure your voice is heard while maintaining a collaborative, respectful relationship with your care team. My role is to support you and your partner while allowing you to focus on bringing your baby earth side.

Personalized education session designed to help you understand the different labor positions and comfort measures that help during labor and delivery. This will also include a folder with photo print outs of what we discuss
Personalized education sessions designed to help you understand the process of birth, labor, and postpartum. This will include discussing your birth plan, the phases of labor, and preparation for the 4th trimester (postpartum). This package will also include a folder with all of the information that we discuss in our session for you to refer to.
*This does not include me being present during labor

Comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. This includes 2 prenatal visits, continuous in person labor support, and 2 postpartum follow ups. I will provide resources to prepare you for birth, bringing home a new baby, as well as help you prepare to care for your postpartum body and mind.
